Effective Health is how I can help you improve your health through no nonsense practical advice and information.

I have been on my own effective health journey since July 2013. I lost 36 kilos (81 pounds) through self taught fitness and nutrition strategies. These strategies do not involve spending all hours of the day, every day in the gym nor does it involve starving yourself.
